The Vaan character especially annoyed me because I thought he looked like a much younger version of Michael Jackson after all the plastic surgery. Everytime I saw the character on screen I couldn't unsee that likeness, and it made me unable to stand the character.
I quit playing relatively early on and never went back to it.
Our tastes can change greatly over time though, making it possible that the impressions of the game from back when it released 12 years ago will not be at all the impressions we have of it today. The game is on my wishlist, and I plan to pick it up and revisit it to see whether how it struck me in my early 20's will be different from how it seems now in my 30's.
It may very well go unplayed if I find I still don't like it, but my suspicion is that I'll finally be able to add FF12 to the "completed" pile.
All private Steam profiles show up as Level 0.
Bought it when it first came out.
Yeah I agree with you. Low-key im interested in this game.
Hope it doesn't dissapoint.
And vaan can go suck it lol
FF12 doesn't just have auto attack, you can automate every thing in combat and never do anything on your own. It's a feature of the game. Can't complain about your opinions on the art and such though, you get to decide what you like for subjective things.
Yeah I know about the gambit system.
It just felt like watching the game play itself.
Maybe I didn't get in-depth with the combat system enough though.

I'm not saying gambits are good, just that they exist. :P
My personal opinion is they might be a negative since there are so many outright slogs in ff12 where if you're playing manual it can be more than a bit tiresome, however, with gambits they're not that bad at all. That's kind of the modern Final Fantasy way it seems. Introduce weird new system, don't make it optional, build the game around it instead, get confused why people strongly dislike the game. :shrug
I´m curious. You say it´s boring for you to play. Why do you want to buy it? It´s basically the same Game like 12 Years ago, just with some bells and whistles added.
Age changes our preferences.
Damn I really triggered you huh?
Don't worry you're nothing of value to me too.
Make sure to type another paragraph refuting me Mr. Mature adult who still plays vidya gaems.
Yeah I know you're dumb thanks :)
