Kaiser Wolf bug?

I have started the Hunt Club side quest, now I killed Lindbur and after like 20 zone in and out (2 zones) I can't get him to spawn.
Did anyone have the same issue? Some guides say there's a 40% chance, others don't mention a percentage at all. I don't remember having any problem for this one in the original version but now I have been trying to make him spawn for like an hour and still no sign of it.

have you killed the lindbur wolf before starting the trophy hunt quest? if so, you will need to respawn the lindbur wolf and kill it again. the keiser wolf will then spawn where it should be.

even after 12 years, the info online is full of mistakes

Got it before, now I've tried again, even loaded my save because I thought the update messed up a bit my game. This is the third time I try from the beginning :
- killing 20 wolves
- killing Lindbur
- going to Corridor of Sand
- not finding Kaiser Wolf

all that without leaving the Westersand. Do I have to give a trophy to the Hunt Club in order for another Trophy Game monster to appear? because I haven't given Thalassinon's trophy to 1 of the 3 vangaa. I can't remember but I think it's not needed

afaik, the 1st trophy game must be turned in before any of the others will spawn. have you tried to see if any of the others show up? skullash is found on the phon coast for example.

That's what I'm trying to figure out right now (I have abandonned Kaiser Wolf for now, it's impossible to make it spawn obviously). I have tried going for the Mimic in Ozmone Plain as I had the right requirements and no sign of it so i'm trying my luck by handing out the trophy.
Do I have to do that for other trophies as well? I wanted to hand all of them out at the same time so I could choose the gears I missed and don't wanna farm.

Ok so yeah it needed the Thalassinon's trophy to start the side quest for real, I didn't remember that like I didn't remember that Thalassinon's trophy does not count toward the gears the outfitter can sell. Now I got Kaiser Wolf and I bet all the others will be able to spawn.
Sorry for the trouble, but turning in that desert like a lunatic was driving me crazy

I'd say it's more a case of the authors believing it's common sense that you need to kill the Lindbur Wolf again if you switched the console off after killing it for the first time.

I'd say it's more a case of the authors believing it's common sense that you need to kill the Lindbur Wolf again if you switched the console off after killing it for the first time.

the info only says that thextera and lindbur wolf both need to have been defeated before the kaiser wolf will spawn. says nothing about the lindbur needing to be respawned.

That's my point. I would assume I need to kill the Lindbur Wolf again if I restarted my game in the meantime. It's in line with how a lot of stuff in this game works. But I can see how it is misleading to some people.
