How do you get out of the Pharos?

As part of my late-game clean-up, I went back to the Second Asscent of the Pharos to get the Gil Toss I had missed but uhhh...
I tried to go back down, but the Way stone was deactivated, so I figured I needed to go up.
I went ALL the way up and.....the Way stone up here is ALSO deactivated.
The map has teleporters everywhere and doesn't mark exits so it's incredibly unhelpful, how do I get out of here...?

Oh, here we go. Return to the Way stone at the beginning of Third Ascent and warp back to the bottom.

The Pharos is the worst kind of dungeon—one gigantic maze with the same look and feel to it for pretty much the entire run of it. FF12 has a lot of strengths but its dungeon design leaves a lot to be desired.

Ugh, I made it through the Crystal but when it was time to climb the Pharos again I had to take a break from the game.

I JUST came back from a break I took because I got lost in the Crystal and got pissed a few months ago, so I feel your pain :P.

Not sure why they did it this way, but to get up quickly you have to take the Waystone to floor 10, then go into the 'Fool's Facade' where the Demon Shield chest is/was, and take the elevator there.
