Best gear combo?

Whats the best gear combo and accessory setup for overall grinding higher lvls, I've beat cid and now I have to go to the feywood. Well the enemies beyond this point are really beating me down. Just wondering what kinda accessories and gear should I be using? I've pretty much maxed out my license boards so gear isn't an issue, and I have quite a bit of gil now so I can buy whatever. I just don't know what the best setup is.

So far my team goes like this.
And yea so far lvling wise I've been kinda ignoring the dudes and using the ladies a lot cause well, I like females what can I say.

Vaan lvl 25 Monk/knight
Balthier lvl 28 WhiteMage/Machinist
Fran lvl 48 Archer/Uhlan
Bash lvl 25 Forbreaker/Shikari
Ashe lvl 44 RedMage/WhiteMage
Penelo lvl 47 Blackmage/Bushi

So with this party what kinda gear and accessories should I be using at this point in the game? Any advice would be appreciated.

id say level one of ur mele users and actively use lure on them for a start 2 mages and an archer unless your useing blades on fran which shes not that great at tanking with that build(that and her base stats arnt great at anything in particular as she lvls)
