I know there are two sets of loot tables for each chest, one with the diamond armlet equipped, and one without.

Will I miss anything good, If I always have this diamond armlet equipped?

In this version, Diamond Armlet is largely useless for treasure. Equip it if you want to farm Knots of Rust or Meteorites, and that's it.

The only equipment it gets you is from ridiculously low-chance chests: either the Cerobi Steppes lottery, or the invisible meme gear.

But its lightning immunity is useful in places.
