Dude, this artwork appears on the trailer of the event. It's already been made. It doesn't take much resources to send already existing artwork to the print. I'd say it's quite the contrary from what you're saying actually - they're trying to make the most of the artwork they have by offering merch like this.

Still can't play this because of hackers, cancelled crysis 4 and now you want to sell shirts.
