Never thought i'd be excited for a patch that allows you to equip items using spacebar twice.. Instead of Space and then enter. The bar buried deep into the ground lmao..

https://www.reddit.com/r/HuntShowdown/comments/1ex0fx4/hunt_launch_developer_thoughts_responses/ they mention it here, basically older AMD cards that cant use DX12_1 and instead use DX12_0 or something along those lines, get this issue, and it affects roughly 3% of the playerbase, so they're looking into trying to get it working for DX12_0 iirc.
