Use the Audio, learn to aim, learn to corner correctly, have situational awareness, and learn the mechanics. Use your consumables to cut off a flank or make space to heal.

there's 100% a cheating problem... anyone who thinks otherwise is super naive. Also there's a big problem with smurfing and downranking MMR but that's just a fact of life when the community is so sweaty

And I still maintain there is not a cheating "problem" here. Just cheats, same as any game.

In fact its better here than most other MFPS games I have played. Hard to call that a problem you know?

After the release of CS2, many players lost access to the cheats they used in CSGO.
There is a huge audience that only plays using cheaters. It's a habitual thing for them.
Hunt was one of their games of choice. You can see how many incredibly good CS players have appeared in the game, without knowing anything about the game's mechanics, with very high KDA and shooting like a Hunt pro.

They've infested this game with cheaters, because the EAC, especially the one Crytek uses, is a marked card, and the game is infested.

This is reflected in the number of players. The older players have stopped playing. The player base is in tatters and unfortunately some are still defending it. They must hate the game so much that they want to see it end, because if they liked it, they'd be asking Crytek to fix it, but they prefer to spend time saying that everything is fine in exchange for crumbs.

When the game is over, friends, you won't earn a penny more.

Looks like the cheaters are starting to have a problem playing against normal players.

So of course it makes sense to keep insisting that Hunt doesn't have a cheater problem. So at least there would be a few sheep left who let themselves be shot away by cheaters every round and then listen to "git gud" etc.

Completely ridiculous to claim that Hunt doesn't have a cheater problem. About 40% use cheats.

I was thinking the same thing, getting so bad that the cheaters themselves are hitting the forums to cry about the cheater problem

yesterday i get killed from 157m from a mosin nagant without scope - in the compound behind a wooden wall without the possibility to see through. After the fight i looked at his stats - VAC Ban 66 Days away and several exclusions - but there are no cheaters in hunt. 3 of 5 rounds are sus. dead game for me...

After three years here, I can tell you there is NOT a cheater problem.

Its about par for the course. Like many games these days, Some cheats, but they are few enough to forget about it.

It is going to far to call it "problematic", Iv played games that had a problem and you could not even enjoy the game for 15minutes, there was THAT many cheats.

There is cheating problem on high 5 star and 6 star.

Bonus was afterwards, I watched the dude back to back insta headshot 3 people without even aiming down his sights. That +3.50KD surely was earned by skill and skill alone. We all can only hope to find some cheating software *ooops* I mean get to that skill level.

The people in charge just care about money and money is what they get, have you seen the amount of players who have spoof steam accounts that only have Hunt and Hunt test server on their Steam profile. This skillfull dude from those screenshots only had four games total, but comments spanning back to 2020 about him cheating.

Dude, its a legit spot with paper walls. You made some noise you got wallbanged, simple as that.

1/10 low quality bait from a private profile. Hunts specialty.
