give russians etc their own servers

They have their own server... Yet 3/5 players on EU seem to be russian >.<

what we need is a ping cap/region lock, or even better copy every other FPS in the world and make low ping an advantage rather than a handicap.

So learn Russian language then, what's the problem? Start with basic expressions like "spasibo", "zdravstvuite". Its world language, dont be uneducated.

I play on EU and RU both depending on my buds - some have better ping on EU, some on RU. None of these servers are empty when I play the game.

Right. Because those Servers are Bad, they lagging, they disconnecting you. And they get swarmed by Chinese players. Some of them are hackers.

What we need is New Ru servers and lock out from China, like Forever.
Then less Russians will go to EU. Very simple.

Russian server is now dead or in pre-death condition so nobody plays there. I think this happened after changes in patch 2.0 a lot of players just abandoned game.

It's known fact that europeans due to their poor quality internet services are struggling with bad unstable ping and red packet loss on EU.
Day before yesterday british dude from Oxfordshire (45 minutes on railway to center of London) posted his video of possible cheater. He was playing on EU and he had ping 112ms. He also claimed he has optic fiber. Yeah. Surprise. I thought players from Germany are suffering from their Telekom problems or whatever but users from England are at the same spot.

Russian server is full of Chineese hackers, everytime we tried to play on RU servers there were chineese cheaters.

And it's better to play on EU because 30-40 ping is good enough. And how much ping people from EU have?
