Martini Henry

Haven't used this gun in years, but i can't put my finger on it. I am just landing headshots non-stop with this gun compared to others. Its sway, and damage are quite good. Im finding myself believing its a very good gun, but logically it feels like it shouldn't. Anyone have thoughts on this gun?

It's good. Reloads, what, like a second faster than the sparks and still has big damage? Good iron sights, good variants, a lot of ammo in reserve. Thing's good, man.

idk what it is, but i miss way more shots with other long rifles compared to it. Maybe how i just naturally lead is more suited to the bullet travel idk

It's rather good. Honestly, I had stopped using it since I tend to play more aggressively up close, but after one of the challenges last week I was head clicking with the thing. Worked out rather nicely to be honest. Are there better ones? Yeah, but it is solid and pretty well rounded overall.

Its my worst gun. Cant get used to the Velocity.

Especially the Martini-Henry IC1 Ironside version.

I second this, the Ironside is fantastic - long ammo, has a magazine, AT THAT PRICE? Damned fine gun.

literally ran nothing but the martini iron side an entire prestige once, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. shame explosive ammo got the nerf hammer. still fun to scare people with.

hey man whatever works!! I've been using the winnie aperture with HV ammo and having a great time, and that gun is a meme at best lol

It's actually a really solid weapon. No shame in using it. I get pretty good results from all variants, but the ironside is my workhorse weapon that never seems to let me down.

So im find myself naturally landing shots with it, but its velocity is very low and less hitscan so logically i wonder why

I "wish" the martini was as good as Sparks, but the distance and time you and another shoot at each other with marksmans/snipers, that extra 130m/s on Sparks is so good.
Maybe when event ENDS, Fire damage martini is the way to go?
