Bring back free hunters

I already know you're already typing out some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like "bro just spend your money" or "stop hoarding your hunt dollars bro". I can feel it lmao. Yeah i DO spend my money, NO i don't have gear fear. But when you average 700-1600 dollars a game with a Centennial loadout that only costs $580 money piles up.


But if you just stop for a second, you guys can not deny that after a long loss streak when you are dying over and over again, and missing shots you shouldnt ever miss, doing a goofy bonzaii white shirt run with a Romero handcannon, a railroad hammer and a dream had a certain charm to it. It helped me cool off - and im gonna miss it.


And yeah i know i can still do that, but now its gonna cost 300 hunt dollars and feel like im flushing 300 bucks instead of goofing off. And yeah i also know i can run Dual Dolch with a Nitro Express rifle, or just prestige to get free hunters back. But that loadout is negative fun to play and hitting that prestige button and having to suffer till bloodline level 58 to get back my Centennial back also sounds like hell. So why remove something that no one had a problem with and made the game a little less sweaty? Nobody's out here complaining about getting a free kill on someone running a Springfield compact, a nagant precision, and no medkit.

Free hunters are only available if you don't have less dollars left, which greatly benefits those who haven't earned any money. Putting everything in stock so that you don't have any left is the only way to get around this BUG.

the game has definitely widened the wealth gap. leveled hunters with good guns are much better than free hunters with romero hand cannon and springfield shorty.

it comes back to a recommendation ive made a few times on this board, that matmatching should consider hunter level and total loadout cost in addition to MMR. as it is, the power creep is getting bad, and most of the new content is upper level guns. $500 drillings, cyclones, uppercut variants, and now dolch lol. like anyone even cares about dolch variants.

Yeah thats another downside i see happening, removing free hunters only widens the wealth gap more since there wont be any more dudes with free loadouts running around.

And besides the no new free hunters i actually like the new update. Theres no meta breaking full/semi auto guns like the cyclone or avtomat. Also i love the new update solely for the pax trueshot xD

I mean I cant believe they took so long in a cowboy shooter game to add THE BIG IRON

Well to be fair that's why they added some eco changes that will help, for example being the bloodline xp once you reach the end 20000xp required now but 3k reward I did the math, before you got 200 hunt dollers for 5000 4x5000 is 20000 and 4x200 is 800 by the end of it your making 2200 more, in my case it broke a stale mate of win loss win loss and made it so I ended the day with more not less and this was with 1000+ loadouts.

That and payed hunters have a 25% discount on there equipment (tierd ones) so you can grab a few of em and have them start with traits, + they rebalanced it so the traits work together more often. I have found that I got better bang for my buck traits wise more often with the tier than legenderies. (still use legends though like them to much) also free hunters now have traits where they did not, so I have to be honest while I do see the people who make money will make it easier there is far in a way a much better safety net for new players than there ever has been and more efficient ways to make money.

Edit: forgot to mention prestige blood line money is also roughly doubled along with all base variants unlocked at the start, so for people who prestige alot this is also easier and more eco friendly.

i mean im still semi rich from befor update tho i admit i have my good times and my bad but i usually even out sometimes coming out a tad ahead. and i run solo allot. tho i do admit i like keeping my MMR in the 3 range tho.

Jus buy a hunter an put a hammer on him. Im old an miss old-school TV an people picking what I watch. It's not the way of the future. Embrace personal choice or hang on to the past. Ur old now going always want it like it was.

Dolch is and always will be the utter Trash version of the superior Bornheim +P

I mean, you can prestige and use your cennie from lvl 1 now, so there's that. Still have to unlock the ammo types for it and stuff by shooting it, but they lowered how much xp it takes to do that a lot lot. So if you run cennie pretty regularly, you'll unlock everything in a couple hours probably.

I think there should be a separated tab with "FREE" hunters for everyone. I do miss a feeling of "banzai!!!" when you take a free hunter, give him medkit, a knife and send on 1v3 adventure
