Video was already done so they used it. They knew the UI was ♥♥♥♥.
All of what's occurred is classic Trytek, they missed the deadline, not that it matters because new update has a slew of issues, just imagine if they'd have tried for the initial date.
Indecipherable updates and balances that no one ever asks for, I'm not sure where they get these ideas.
"Ignoring us" - they brought up a video regarding UI in no time.
What the hell is wrong with you, dont you have other problems in life? Its a game. Have patience...
the most predatory games thrive, whatever is catered to weak minds makes good money, so obviously most gamers are suckers that needed to be treated like cattle
and if you are really nice and give your best, you will still get hate, so yeh
so like most products and services nowadays the quality goes down instead of up
This part reads to me like they knew it was trash and already had the video prepped up.
--------------------------------------------
Regarding the UX/UI changes, this is obviously a lightning-rod issue and is always contentious, especially on long-lived services, be it games or otherwise. We knew it would be an adjustment at first and already had a string of improvements in development, as shown in our Developer Update last week.
Dude, this is their business, their income.
All they've said in nearly a week, up until Reddit this morning is a pre prepped video on the UI, the UI alone. They gotta do better than that when their income is counting on this update not tanking.
They knew the UI was bad but decided to just release it and hope no one would say anything. Many times before they just tried to ignore issues until they disappear but they always get worse.
They could have delayed this for 2 months, optimized the hell out of it and removed all the issues.
The game would be sitting at a positive score and attract new players but instead they decided to half ass things for the millionth time.
Do you realize they have set that release date themselves? do you understand its reasonable to expect a finished product?
