new chat icon + unclickable notification at top of screen
on the main menu there's a speech bubble icon next to the settings and exit game button, but its grayed out. There's also a notification on it which I can't interact with in any way. Does anyone know what this button is or how to use it

for some reason any chat message you're in proximity of will give you a notification once you're back in the menu, but you can't view them unless you're in a party with other players. the mystery has been solved
