Also I think I've lost slots too but I never kept track of that. Seems like they screwed up somehow.
It seems to me that they took some of the slots away that I got from the dark tribute.
I'm not sure about that. When I look under 'All Weapons' in my game it tells me the Crossbow Deadeye, the Infantry 73L, and the 1865 Carbine are all restricted until I unlock them in the battle pass progression. The Infantry 73L Bayonet is available for common purchase immediately once unlocked, but to do that I have to use an Infantry 73L, so...
Like I said above, these are all kind of minor complaints, but they definitely seem like gentle feelers being put out to see if players will tolerate this kind of structure with the overhaul of the game. I don't think we should.
This sounds like a bug, not scummy tactics. I had more hunters than slots too, but it looked like they dumped a bunch of rookies on me that I don't remember having.
Those are skins and "early" access to new weapons if they are brand new. They will be unlocked for free just like always.
It was originally 20 max hunter slots and it was bumped up to 50 probably 1-2 years ago. Not sure if they bumped it even more since then.
Fifty!?
