Cool hunter skins

Does anyone know how to get all the good cool skins from old hunt? Like the old cool tier 1, 2 and 3 skins? They were so much cooler and better looking than the legendaries in my opinion.
I thought you would unlock them with prestige but I am max 100 and I have only a few. Most of the prestige skins are these new skins (OK I guess?). Are they now luck based with the silly dark tribute?
