Mouse Cursor on screen in game?

The menu cursor stays on my screen in game it's annoying as ♥♥♥♥ how do I fix it.

Close game and restart it. It's what resolved it for me.

same for me. restarting doesnt help when streaming, it cuts the stream to restart the game. so then i have to tab out again..... back to square 1

I think it might be a bug with fullscreen, try running Hunt in borderless and see if it helps.

Hey Guys, I found the solution!
It helps if you reconnect your mouse.

1. Tab out the game
2. reconnect your mouse (replug it)

Works great for me!

what a shame... i cant believe a triple A studio creates these type lame bugs.... i often use use ALT+TAB because of my daily job but this game dont allow us to do this...

Same here, happened two times in 4 hours of gameplay, ruined both matches too, its very hard to aim like this, with the cursor flying around, in the fast paced pvp encounter. Never happened before the 1896 update, among other issues this is such a buggy mess, they should've pay more attention to the quility check

That bug was in early beta.... This is ridiculous they cant fix it in big update...

Yesterday I tried to reconnect the mouse 2 times - it didn't help

all this only helps for one round. i have the same problem. in addition, the menu text from the hunter selection appears on the map and the button assignment is broken. I restarted the game, played a round and the same problem is there again

Still happens to me. The windows cursor always shows up in menus. And it’s the hourglass one not even the pointer. So annoying.

I tried using Lossless Scaling with just that option, no upscaling nor frame generation. It hides the cursor, but performance gets very rough. Nice try I guess

Had the same issue since the new update came out, tried restarting and joining back in. works for the match like most of you, however after a match or 2 it pops back into the screen, Or there is a crytek server error that kicks people from the game

this happens all the time since the new update. the cursor is there for a few matches, then goes away, then inexplicably comes back again. Depressing that they're going to have to bring the servers down for 3 hours again just to patch this...

So there a two options that work for me regarding this problem:

1) Switch to borderless window mode, the problem does not exist there.
2) On my end, its only triggered when I tab out (or open steam overlay) during loading screens. So make sure you are not tabbed out / opened the steam overlay when matchmaking starts... once the round has started you can tab out / open overlay again.

As said, this works for me.
I never had the issue that the Cursor appears "randomly".
