I can't even get into the game..
Never had so much trouble in ~4000 hours with the old version.
I haven't left a negative review yet though.
And i have a more than decent pc, so that is not the problem.

Absolutely not they need to learn that if they are going to push a massive update like this to use the Test Servers or have a Public Beta testing weeks before. All this could have been avoided, there is stuff in the UI that doesn't even function. Like seriously who tested this thing?

Massive FPS drops unless using DLSS speaking down to 60 FPS from 144 FPS in 4K

We pay for a game to be Live Beta testers they can reap what they sow.

Performance has dropped severely, we lost 2 functional maps and a boss in exchange of one that can have bugs on it, building your character has gone from "Gimme a sec" to essentially the same time someone needs to go, take a dump and return, previous UI was intuitive, whith the new one I needed almost 10 mins to discover how TF arrive to the main section to enter a game...

I literally can't play it anymore. Of course I am going to give the game I have like 2500 hours in, own EVERY DLC for, a negative review when they suddenly go "Lol you can't play anymore".

The performance is unplayable levels of bad.

What is worse is all anyone is ragging on Crytek for is the UI, which yeah it's awful, but that is not nearly as big of an issue as straight up unplayable FPS.

Sorry not sorry, but the UI is actually broken, text laying on top of each other and I cannot change skins to my weapons except for one pistol, did some pajeet code this?

Just bought dlc for the update opens it with linux not working disappointed with the update.

hunters removed to make way for more paid skins

its a downgrade in every way

Literally unable to play because they couldn't do the bare minimum of testing. Game tells me my drivers are out of date and has pitch black shadows that a flare barely adds any light to.

the UI being not to the liking of pretty much every player certainly warrants a negative review, it's their opinion on their experience with the game, and they are publishing just that

This update it's an abomination.

Just the fact that you can't quickly add two consumables of the same kind, like two sticks of dynamite, without opening a menu and closing a menu for each is annoying as all hell.

And custom loadouts don't save custom ammo for some reason, so i went in to a match without the arrows i chose just now.

I am happy we are getting big updates, but man... This is a bit rough.

Thing is I could have even gotten over the train wreck of the UI. That can be improved over time, it's w/e I will get used to some of it at least.

I cannot get over the absolute TANKING of frame rates and frame stability, to a point where I worry it's not even possible to fix. I could literally just be locked out of ever playing Hunt Showdown again, despite exceeding the system requirements back then and now.

20FPS on newest gear on the market, "battlepass" word mentioned 8 times in battlepass menu, loadout etc taking 3+ minutes to make instead of few seconds
This "masterpiece" of an UI can be on consoles but simply doesn't work on PC hence the reviews

It's day 1 of a new engine, I would give performance updates a little time as they work things out.
