Can't find tier 3 hunters at Hunter Recruitment

Didn't this update get rid of tiers? They like made all Hunters just skins instead of "Legendary" hunters to recruit.

They changed how the hunters works, is pretty much as follows:

Uncommon
Rare
Epic
Legendary
Mythic

The old tier hunters (1~3) can still be found as free hunters by chance, some of them have been added with their own specific name, as rares, uncommons and even epics.

Some of the listed tier 3 that you can find are:

Uncommon - Jesse Buchanan
Rare - Otis Blackwell
Epic - Prudence Stallworth / Ricky Leads / ZAchary Jones / Thaddeus Sumner

Worth noticing that some might be slightly diff from their versions on 1895.

There's also two new models added which are Vinson Hayes(Rare) and Caitlyn Hammond (rare)

So like some of the old Tier 3s are giving away as Prestiege rewards or something?

As they changed how hunters worked, they need to revamp most of the regular hunter skins. Some are now just bb skins. Some are unlocked as you prestige. Some are unlocked as you raise your bloodline level. And some have not been reworked yet and are not yet available.

It is in the patch notes and they do imply they will bring them back eventually, but they aren't in the game currently.

and I just found out that they reskinned the tier 3 hunter with black hat and mask and put it behind bloodbond paywall.

I just want to play as the OG tier 3 hunter, the old man with the beard and hooded poncho. He's not there, hopefully they don't force hunters behind prestige awards, because i could give two s h i t s about prestige.

From what i gathered they are not implemented yet, at least not all of them. Some of the hunters from T3 and T2 are given as a reward for lvling up prestige. I miss my favourites too. They plan to add them back with future updates.
