Aim drifting upwards slowly
I'm not sure what's happening and it started happening again after a reboot.

My hunter is slowly aiming up and to the right slightly like it's drifting.

I checked mouse input and it still happens even if I'm alt tabbed.

I also made sure I don't have a controller plugged in or anything to my PC. Any ideas?

EDIT: I noticed that whenever I open my map and close it, it starts again. If I ALT TAB and come back in it stops. Open map -> happens again..

EDIT 2: People on discord say certain keyboards (razer for example) are recognized as a controller and cause this to happen. To fix try plugging in a controller. Otherwise they have to fix this issue in their game.

my mate has also this problem, his controller was linked while he played with tasta and mouse. Touching the controller made this going away

I'm having the same problem, does not happen to any other game, very odd.

So... if I alt tab (window fullscreen) its stopping, opening the map brings it back. Using a ladder stops it?

i fixed it by plugging in my controller and putting it off to the side. It's an issue with the game thinking you have one plugged in when you don't.

Oh weird... So they made the menu UI for consoles and the aiming too with this update hey.

ty ill try it
I experience the same thing. My aim tends to drift slowly up or down, and my character occasionally moves slightly to the left or right on its own.

Also had aim drift with my mouse on PC:

Increased the left and right deadzone settings under Controller, and the aim drift went away.

I am having the same issue. My mouse drifts upward and to the right. I did notice if I plug my mouse in before loading the game it works fine but it I unplug it to play wirelessly the problem returns and wont go away even if I plug the mouse back in.

Running Win 11, mouse is a Razer Death Adder V3 PRO.
I have updated all my drivers on all hardware and preformed all software updates as well.

Looking forward to a fix on this.

Thanks.

when your aim starts drifing, vault over anything will stop it from drifting but it is annoying

only thing that has fixed it for me is finding a weapon in game and dropping it and re-picking up the original weapon. only seems to be happening to me when I have a scoped weapon
