crashing after 1896 update

i know its been a common thing with hunt to crash for a lot of veterans after an update. i'm currently going down the troubleshooting list, but want to ask if anyone else has experienced this with 1896 and has found a fix.

nvm looks like a gpu update, reinstalling and deleting the old Hunt showdown window shortcut worked for me.

DISREGARD - this worked for ONE time, but when i alt-tabbed out to make this post, its been crashing again lol.

I cannot play the game as of the 1896 update.
I have tried for 4 hours to find a fix. Including manually deleting all hunt showdown folders and reinstalling the game, updating drivers, playing on the lowest settings.
Nothing works. Constant crashes.

I can now play. I fixed it by manually uninstalling all hunt showdown folders on my PC and then reinstall hunt showdown 1896 and then Undertuning my Intel Core i9-14900KS Tray.

It freezed and then crashed for me several times. Seems to me after occasionally pressing tab button to view the map. Then i should start the game 2 times before it actuallly launches. It pisses me off so much thinking of uninstalling once and for all

I've BSOD'd 3 times now, I was looking forward to playing today but it's looking grim. This happened only with hunt as of today, was playing other games fine yesterday. This isn't my first rodeo with hunt errors but this is sad seeing how this was supposed to be a new era for the devs.
Been a long time since a game gave me a BSOD but I think I'll just wait til they update or patch something that may help.
Happened with the light the shadow event too if anyone else remembers that hail of bugs/errors. Have faith, hunt will be fine. Just needs more time in the oven.

Does anyone have an intel 13 or 14 i9 if so that may be the issue. Since they updated to the latest unreal engine.

Yeah i also have "crashes" or the game freeze in mid game, for now 3 time, 1 time it was on map launce, and i could not close the game or anything then close down my pc, but got somekind of DX12 Steam error? But yeah it's realy enoing, i think im gonna wait for a fix, before i loose more hunters because of that error, realy enoing..

I already asked for a refund, there is no fix that worked for the black screen + mouse cursor

Tried event viewer and fixed all errors/criticals, nada
turned off firewall, nada
reinstalled/verify multiple times, nada
updated gpu, nada

so i guess, just gonna have to wait on a fix from their end unfortunately.
