How fast are single shot reloads with fast fingers now?

I haven't played since the Halloween event. There's very little variety in guns now to keep my interest. Most guns if not all now have 3 or more various ammo types.

So, when I heard about this trait I was curious.

Springfield shoots the 4 bullets in around 7 seconds with fast fingers, without around 11 seconds. Sparks 10 seconds with fast fingers and 14 without.
Nice increase but honestly still slow enough you'll want to do the 2nd shot with your pistol.
