This series of steps, FULLY replaces all related and key drivers. It is a generic, widespread troubleshoot and driver fix. It also checks the integrity of key windows or game files and Deactivates any potential or known conflicting software.
If you FULLY perform these steps correctly and the problem still exists... few people will be able to help you as it will likely be a key software conflict specific to your system or a hardware failure. Only manufacturers or a individual that is familiar with your specific setup will be of any help.
Edit: You may also want to check that your onboard graphics have not been turned on and the game or windows is not trying to use that instead of your graphics card. You will have to check google on how to do this, sometimes you can turn it off in Windows and sometimes you have to go into your BIOS. Unless you are intending to actually use it at the time... it should be fully deactivated to prevent conflicts.
