Why were you banned? If you were cheating, then nobody is going to side with you. They'll all be delighted to have removed somebody intent on hurting the game.

For it to be a VAC ban then likely you were. If you weren't then you'll have to buy a new copy on a new account, and not cheat the next time. Were you cheating?
