Huuge's discovery is his idea I like to innovate not imitate. This was way more fun to do.
His discovery showed near all the cheaters were in the Asia region. My ping won't even allow me on that region.
I could get on EU but ping would be around 140ms and with how buggy the spectator mode is and a high ping i can imagine how much of a tedious task it would be.
Anyway, got any proof OP? that you didn't run into cheaters? videos of non cheating perhaps? 0.o Cause you're either doing a Duncan and playing only in the menus or stretching credibility :P
Please don't associate me with that guy.
In the menus? I just provided 7mins of gameplay. I just equipped a SpyGlass and watched fighting between teams that had the bounty and after the guy hits me with fire ammo they didn't even follow me into the mine, they just extracted.
If there was any cheating going on why didn't they dome me? At around 4:40 the guy is pretty much looking at me as I'm just sitting on a rock with a SpyGlass watching him.
I'm not even using a silenced sniper to hideaway.
That clip pretty much sums up my experience when I play.
Someone asked for evidence that I don't see cheaters, I provided it on the first attempt.
I don't know what else I could do barring devote my life to Hunt and stream 16 hours a day.
I'm not sure if that math is correct, but it would seem each match has a rough 12% chance to have a cheater in it. So your looking at 1 cheater for every 10 matches, roughly...
Again, I think most of the hack-a-sations comes from the BS hit-reg and the very nature the game is a ambush simulator. Sound carries, hit-boxes are broken, vision can be very hard and cover really means little most of the time.
32 hours in last 2 weeks and currently InGame.
Why would you continue to play? I really don't get it.
If 75% of your games are cheaters that cannot be fun at all.
Listen Dave. One day you will be an old man too. Once you hit that bracket, games become harder to learn/grasp. Especially if you spend your free time partaking in Mary Jane or Jack Daniel's. 25 years ago I could pick up literally any kind of game and have the mechanics damn near mastered within a few days. Hunt is one of the few games I am still (somewhat) decent at (1.6 KDA, mostly Assists lol) , even when baked out of my gourd. So finding a different game that resonates with you and is easily picked up is harder. This fella is probably in the same boat. That, coupled with the fact that many of us have been here since day 1 or 2, and have invested time/money, and fully know what kind of potential this game has, it is very hard to put it down and walk away. Call it mental illness or whatever you kids want to call it, but one day, time will catch up with all of you, and you will look back on all the "old heads" you could not understand and finally realise.
It's unfortunately not a good way to find cheaters. Unless they're full stupid, tracing through walls, snapping to people with no LOS, or otherwise not hiding it, you won't be able to tell by spectating.
Most cheaters in games like this are trying to hide it and not rage. So the best you'll get out of spectate will leave you wondering if they're stupid and lucky or just cheating. There's this lazy going through the motions corner check that people with walls do when being spectated, like they half-ass check corners almost as if they already know it's clear, but when it comes time to peak a corner that somebody is actually behind they do it proper.
There's also the fact that aimbots aren't as obvious as people think. Most of the time they use a trigger so they're not constantly locking on to everyone. They can also have it set to only activate within a cone in their FOV, think of a circle around the center of your crosshair. They manually aim in your general direction then snap to your head with the press of a button.
At 6 star NA servers, I estimate you run into a cheater about 1 in every 7 matches.
This. back in like 2004 I helped admin a CS 1.6 server. Literally everyone that played back then had cheats, they only enabled them to ♥♥♥♥ around/take the piss/♥♥♥♥ on trolls or other hackers before banning them. Even back then walls had a feature that would only put a box outline around parts of enemies that had legit LOS's
Cheating in a game like CS with its fast pace must be quite challenging, unless it just locks on.
I can't keep up with it when I try play, way too fast for my coordination. I find myself having to camp an area, otherwise I'm back at the loadout area constantly.
Dumb take for sure. How many streamers have been caught years later cheating? Thousands of people had watched them play and no one had any evidence of them cheating, but they slipped up and got caught eventually.
There is only one reason that "The wiggle that killed Tarkov" got ANY evidence at all. One reason. Even the guy who made it said so. He found zero cheaters until he realized that he could do the "wiggle", that everyone in tarkov used for years to say "hey, i'm friendly" even the people who didn't cheat, to catch people. Without the wiggle he would have had nothing.
Specing any game isn't going to catch you more then a couple % of the people who are actually cheating. As streamers have proven time after time, it is extremely easy to hide cheats.
I would bet my life that you are 10x more likely to run into a cheater in Hunt (especially since the player population is so far down right now) then you are in Tarkov. Easily 10x more likely. Tarkov is easy AF. Seriously. 10-15KD and 75% raid survival rate is easy to get in Tarkov in each wipe.
Hunt you will die to a SUS person every other round. Not only that but it is amazing how often you check that SUS persons profile and they have a previous game or VAC ban.
Edit: Now I go and check your profile and the profiles of your friends list and there is nothing in the comments but people calling you and your friends cheaters. LOL. Imagine that.....a streamer, acting like there are no people cheating.......and his entire crew gets accused of cheating all the time......Thanks for making my point for me.
Yeah I barely even play it anymore, they removed my favourite campy maps like assault and militia LOL I loved hostage extraction, it was my game mode of choice. I also run into ragers trying to play casual CS matches too, kinda sad.
