So Crossplay between PC & Console is possible

Did you see the latest Dev Insight where they admit that although it was rare PC & Console Crossplay was possible?

A recent example of this has been an issue where accidental cross play happened between PC & Console players, we can confirm that this has happened a handful of times with a 0.02% incidence, and this has now been fixed.

So as it's possible then they obviously have worked on it at some point as I highly doubt that it just works being completely different architecture etc.

You can't "accidentally" have crossplay occur unless they've developed it as a feature. The week this goes crossplay live I'm done. Crossplay kills all my fav pc shooters, enabling crossplay is the same as filling the servers with bots.

I play Marvel Rivals and I can't stand playing with console players. I really hate crossplay and pray it doesn't come to Hunt.

Why not? Matches will get easier to be honest. Console peasants will try to melee rush you from 20m LOL, it will be the last day of random teammates for me though.

Saw a clip on Discord the other day of 2 console players in a close quarter fight. Exactly as you would imagine, both running frantically at each other shooting in a circle.

if console gets the same aim assist that they have now you'll be mad at how easy they can pick you off with snipers. Console aim assist is heavy with this game. played on the ps4 a bit and it pulls your camera when someone runs in front of you. even if you dont see them like if theyre in a bush or something.

fr, i think itd be healthy for the player base but imagine how difficult it would be to balance traits and weapons as they behave different from console to pc. more players is always good though.

The clips of that stuff on console are hilarious. Actually great fun to watch. But I do have some bad news. My first 2k hours in this game were using a controller on PC. My KD was 1.48 and was constantly stuck in OG six stars. If I get aim assist on PC it is over for every M&K player. Good controller players would just wreck everyone.

I do play certain FPS with a controller, where they have lots of buttons to do things, such as Cyberpunk for example. I just don't have the coordination to use that many keys.

Used to play the COD series on Console, as friends all played on console so it was kind of normal.

Can't even imagine Hunt on a controller though.

They should add aim assist and crossplay. Problem solved. Game will die without it.
