And you seem to out here downplaying a serious issue thats cause games to be shut down. Region, MMR/KD rating might be putting him in a completely different "world" of the game then yours. So you don't own his perception of the game and how it plays. And Im old enough to know that copium and salt matters a great deal into cheating accusation on this game.

Personally, I would not mind getting verified if it meant a cheater-free experience, but realistically this is a privacy nightmare and even if you ignore all the legal roadblocks for something like that, most people will never agree to it.

Things like this are guaranteed to harm the common, honest man. It might also raise the bar for cheaters somewhat, but it will not eliminate them, ever. People have this idealised vision of a system where - after taking away the privacy of citizens - crime is a solved problem; in reality, only a small set of people would retain some privacy in such a system, and those are the people that are the vilest crooks.
