Sub sonic bullets on stealth guns?

Is there a point to this when you got a maynyard stealth sniper with high velocity rounds vs sub sonic?

Subsonic is more quiet and yields you more ammo

Also hv ammo has bigger molten flash comaperd to regular ammo and sub sonic.
