Turn off motion blur.

Multiply your FPS by 2 --> your FPS are doubled!

Ask Crytek support to cut down on sounds even more. Or just spawning other players when they are in shotgun range :steamsalty:

Lower your lighting and shadow settings. Seemed to have the most impact for me.

download some extra ram online and while you're at it maybe download a new graphics card and processor aswell
