Efficiency + budget loadout

I know a lot of people would disagree with this loadout being low cost, but looking at what you have for the firefights, it does not seem to be of a high value. So you have a sneaky long range gun for a long distance shootout or an ambush. The reason why I like LeMat is because it can use incendiary ammo for the special monsters that you can kill with 1 bullet and also it is a trouble for the players as well. Not to mention you have the compact shotgun as well for very close firefights. So you are covered in pretty much every situation possible. It is just up to your skills to do the rest.

1) Vetterli 71 Karabiner Silencer - for long range

2) LeMat - medium (incendiary ammo) for closer firefights (~20-40m) and very close (press X to switch to shotgun mode) mostly for indoor shootouts

3) Dusters - dusters have been my main melee weapon for the game. Main reason being they can be used against immolators (skeletons on fire). Need 3 power punches. 1 power punch for a normal zombie

4) Medical kit

5) Vitality shot - weak or normal, up to you

Solo Queue -> Free hunter -> Unequip primary & secondary weapon slot.
If you die: Cost 0$ + you get 2 free contraband weapons.
When you survive with bounty did you get the most value.

Its a bit like playing Poker, but you have to bluff, because your hand is worthless.

Have tried this for a while. The problem with that is that the loadout that you are bringing into the match, you will most probably make your teammates mad because if your team gets into a bad situation and you have to carry the team out of it and you do not have a good loadout and just either run away to extract or die because of lack of good weapons/equipment. And if this keeps happening to people, they will start avoiding those empty handed people. This is why people check other teammates loadouts and decide if they want to play with them or not. As soon as you see a free hunter, you just want to avoid having a bad experience in the game and try to find other people to play with who will put in at least some effort into the team being ready for the enemy. I've had too many matches before with bad experience with free hunters. But I did it as well. And when I did it, I just felt that I was dragging the team down with the free hunters and free weapons/equipment. Many times where I could not do much to the enemy with my free hunter loadout. That's why I stopped doing it and now I am using this loadout that I'm sharing with you that I have been able to do effective damage against the enemy teams with not that much investment.

You dont dragging anything down, because legendary weapons or something like that doesnt exist. Every weapon has a up- & downside.

Yes, forgot about that. But I think that doing solo matches like that will tire people out and they will stop doing it because of poor quality of matches they are having on their side. Unless you just camp bushes all the time and go for special/player kills and stay passive all the matches. People will just get tired of this. It's like using ~40% of what you bought. People will just get bored and want more.

Not terrible. But if you like silenced. Sparks Silenced with Poison ammo works well if you can use a secondary like hand-bow poison bolts or frag arrows to finish them off when in cover.

Frontier silenced with HV if you like to play for head-shots only

Veterli doesn't do enough damage for my liking over distance. And you might as well hip fire it if your within pistol shooting range anyways. I used to really like the silenced Veterli till I tried the new reworked sparks.

The reason why I use the Vetterli silenced instead of the Sparks is because the Sparks is a single shot and you need quite some time to reload it. So for example if you happen to get into a closer range firefight, you have a pretty fast enough shooting rate/reload for that while with Sparks it is a little bit trickier. In my mind, the Vetterli is be better in the average usefulness/efficiency compared to Sparks. For example in the mining tunnels on the new map, if you meet enemies right next to you, you fire only one time with the Sparks and them you immediately need to switch to your secondary (which kind of makes you to be able to use only 1 weapon in close firefights, because Sparks is too long to have it reloaded and ready for the enemy), while with the Vetterli you have a fast enough firing rate/reload for close firefights and you have 2 weapons available for it so if you run out of bullets with the main weapon you can switch to the secondary (and vice versa). And this is just one of many situations where the Vetterli for me is better.
