Yes and no. I play either in the US West or Asia server and my experience when playing in Asia is very poor. While my ping is under 100 I frequently get matched to campers. Oh and language barrier.

i live and play in Asia china, so i play Hong kong/japan the best times to play is 3pm-9pm anything after 9 is a waste as people cheat and camp way too hard. too early in the morning and you get empty servers

No, full of Chinese cheaters in 6 star games, 345 is fine.
