Using steelseries arctis 9 pro wireless
Make sure if you are using Sonar that Sonar has the your headset mic selected since sometimes updates can ♥♥♥♥ that up and change the default mic to nothing. You also want to select Sonar mic as the mic input inside of Hunts options menu.
You might need to go into the windows audio settings and disable all other outputs except the one you are using. Sometimes the app you are using doesn't know where to send the sound and will send it somewhere dumb like the speakers on your monitor or any other audio device instead of the one you are using. If you have gone into the audio settings in game and changed the audio output and still nothing happens I suggest doing as I described. This one might actually be on Windows and not Crytek and has happened to me in Warzone and some other games.
I also am using the same headset and having the same issue. I wonder if this is a Steel Series Issue then?
i have the same problem have you found a fix for that? They removed the option with in and output
