Does support respond?

Messaged support a week ago with no response. "You'll get messages here and @ your email" - the chat box on Hunt's website.

Since their player count was 100,000 concurrent players last weekend I would assume they have about 99,999 messages to go through. If not more. Any questions you think someone else might be able to help you with other then Crytek?

But to answer your question, they have never failed to get back to me even if extremely late on occasion. But do they tell the truth in their responses all the time? Not at all.

Don't bother reporting. When you show them proof, nothing will be done. Trust me, I have literally gone to their site, talked to someone live and showed them the YouTube video of a team mate team-killing our Asian team mate just for having a squared out name and yelling all sorts of profanity. Guess what? Nothing happened, and I still get that guy on my team every other day around the time I usually play.

The Crytek team has enough people , but dont care to fix our game.

if you reach out to Crytek Support on their website, you’ll be responded to by an AI - i know from experience

i was just on the support page and it said "The team will be back tomorrow". Trying to get the Private Eye hunter back... telling me to pay for it again even tho I had it before the so called update.

Still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ answer back on the 2nd week of sept. Keep saying they dont see that I owned or bought the skins! and that i prob received a 1 time use hunter with a skin, never gotten one of those playing the game. when you get a legendary hunter or weapon they always give you one right away to use. then have to re buy with normal money. I keep telling them it was received as a twitch drop and still cant get any help!
