How to unlock winfield bayonet?

Ive been using the winfield infantry base and scoped variant but I still cant unlock it. Is it locked until the end of the event, tied to the other winfield family or is it a bug?

yup cause thats what it was originally tied to. i have the entire 1873 tree unlocked and its still locked,76 and centenial are all unlocked so i dont know why its still locked though. I'm going to try and prestige and see if itll unlock

You have to use the Infantry 73L to get the old "winfield bayonet".

You can press space on a weapon and choose progression, that will help you see all the variants you can unlock by using a specific weapon.

Maybe you just haven't killed enough stuff with it. I'm not sure how much XP it needs, but some need thousands of XP to unlock which means lots of hunter or PvE kills. And i think you only get 50% of the XP you gained in the match if you die which slows you down further

idk they changed a few weapon families like the mosin obrez is now no longer apart of the full sized mosin negant learned that trying to help a friend with the mosin challenge this week.

I got 2 server wipes the infantry variant,that alone shouldve unlocked it. I also just prestiged and its still lock

yup including the one for the winfield which is weird. like why do the medium size guns have their own family tree?

The Infantry bayonet is currently unobtainable, its an oversight, will probably be fixed soon
