Easy Anti-Cheat Bootstrapper (EOS) has stopped working

Easy Anti-Cheat crashes upon startup.

Already tried:
-Restarting my PC
-Verifying integrity of game files
-Running Steam as administrator
-Running hunt.exe as administrator
-Running EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe as administrator

Things to try
-Disable anti-virus
-Close any and all background programs (Mouse software, GeForce Experience, discord ect)
-uninstall and reinstall easy anticheat
-Can try updating GPU drivers or downgrading them

If i had to guess, easy-anticheat doesnt have access to info that it wants so its crashing, or its not updating and broken causing it to crash, or it thinks something on your system is cheats and is crashing.
