Can I get refunds for my Blood Bonds?

So I was trying to open a new hunter slot, only thing is when I confirmed my purchase, nothing happened, naturally, I did it a couple more times but still nothing showed up.
As soon as I restarted the game, I saw 5 extra hunter slots in my account and my Blood Bonds gone. What a great server.

Try to contact support. It's possible they revert that - one mate also purchased a slot back in the day while not intending to and it got reverted.
