Prestige bug?

i'm trying to prestige but the option for a random skin is grayed out and i can't select it, what can i do?

Exclusive Legendary skins are awarded automatically at prestige 5, 10, 15, 25, 35, 45, 50, 55 and 100, and can only be unlocked through prestige.

Exclusive Hunters are awarded automatically at prestige 1, 3, 7, 9, 20, 40, 80 and 100, and can only be unlocked through prestige.

The "select random skin" option is only available at prestiges 2, 4, 6, 8, 30, 65, 70, 75, 85, 90, 95 .

Im currently in the prozess and i was able to choose it for lvl 7.

Im currently in the prozess and i was able to choose it for lvl 7.

For sure they will not dish out 100 skins for free.
I don't know the current situation or if the wiki article is correct,
since Crytek changes stuff all the time... But I'am sure that after the first 10 presige levels you are not receiving random skins anymore... only all X levels and then a specific skin.

This was the procedure since years...

Im about half way through prestige 12 now and don't believe I collected any of the prestige level skins. When I went from 10 to 11 I selected the XP boost, when I recently went from 11-12 the skin button is greyed out.

I'm guessing that if you don't claim it at the exact prestige then you are out of luck and can no longer get it?

Not that I'm particularly bothered but seems a bit of an odd concept really that you can't claim them at any other point.
