It is just contesting bounty from Bounty Hunt, but without any strategy whatsoever; your only options are either die in the first couple of minutes or sit out the exchange until the number of people you're up against is more manageable.
It is a good thing it is so underwhelming though, since it means there won't be many people taken from the normal queue into this one. The only ones that will are pvp junkies, and they will pay a pretty penny for it since the mode's economy is horrendous.
Most people used to not play hunt for the run and gun. They played COD instead
Yeah now you get over 10 people putting down 20 traps and sitting in corners with shotguns. Just like normal bounty hunt
If the game would give random loadouts with guns lying around the compound - that would make sense.
One regular match at 45 mins (usually 20-25 mins long) will pull in almost 10x the money one single quick 10 mins long (only hit almost 15 once) match will.
Just not worth it in any way at all.
