Can't purchase Blood Bonds

It's impossible for me to buy blood bonds, keeps saying transaction error. Driving me insane.
Steam overlay is on, can anyone help?

tbh I've never been able to buy them over the past two months I've been playing. Always getting the same "transaction" error.

I can't cancel anything as there's no transactions in my history.

It may be off in game itself. Try this: The overlay is enabled, but not in the game. To enable it in a specific game, you need to log in to Steam, go to the steam library, right-click on the desired game, select "Properties" and in the "General" tab check the box next to "Enable Steam overlay in the game". And restart the game.

I am also having the same problem. Overlay is enabled in general and for
the Hunt Showdown game specifically.
