Transaction ERROR, the Game is Completely Broken!

I'm new to Hunt and I love the game. I've overlooked the crashes and lag spikes as things possibly attributed to my hardware even though I don't have those issues with other games, but over a week ago (I want to say October 3rd), I began to get a "Transaction Error" notification EVERY SINGLE TIME I attempt to purchase new gear for a hunter. I can't change out existing gear, can't purchase new gear, can't swap in gear I already own, etc. The game has been effectively broken, for me, for over a week. I've posted on other threads about it, assuming (probably incorrectly) that devs for this game would see those comments and do something about it. That has not happened.

I've checked my game files and everything is fine there. I've also seen other comments from other players that are beginning to have the same problem. A problem that reared its ugly head for the first time back around March of '23 according to the forums.

I have never, in my life, owned a game where there was an issue that made it unplayable yet the devs didn't jump on it to fix the problem within hours. WTF is going on? This is just an unacceptable turnaround when it comes to fixing an issue that makes a game COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE.

Despite my love for the game, I can easily go somewhere else and I can share my sentiments on my social media platforms as I do happen to be an infuencer that operates under another name. Not that devs ever responded so slowly to such a huge issue in the past, but the days of ignoring serious issues regarding your product are over. It's like trying to be an undercover Fed on J6 and expect to not get caught later with all the cell phones in the crown.

Crytek, get your **** together and get this issue fixed. Then stay on top of it.
