AMD FSR
I have no idea what the hack is AMD FSR bur enabling it in the in game GPX options gave me a lot higher FPS game is a lot smoother now. I also feel like things are slightly blurred.

Ideas about this?

Bro I'm 35 yo I work all day I have no idea about these things. I'm in tech and playing games since like 1993 but I'm not really familiar with these new things :p

It was off by default and it doesnt change with overall performance adjustment. I just noticed it in this game. I haven't noticed it before

It is an upscaler. In simple terms, it reduces your actual resolution, and its visibility depends on the settings you run it on (Quality, Performance). As a result, you get higher fps.

I google it ofc but while some people are hyped up about it; it obviously reduces the quality so I was curious what you guys think about it. I think I'm gonna keep it on. I was playing with medium now I can play with high settings and with better frame rate

I see. I think this is great for me becasue I have a 4k monitor for work and its really bad for gaming performance. This solves a lot of things for me

Bro this community is ass. There are some really cool people but then you have the mouth breathers like the first two comments. I work in IT and wasn't aware of that as some of us have jobs and families rather than existing in parents house. I wasn't aware and thanks for the heads up. Have a good day.

Set "Near Depth of Field" and "Motion Blur" off, but also set "Post-Process Quality" to "Low". Finally, make sure that you're using "FSR Quality"

FSR blur (even on quality) makes me feel like I'm slightly drunk and my eyes get really exhausted after playing for an hour.
If you can afford the cost in fps I would recommend to disable Super Resolution and instead go for the highest Anti Aliasing possible.

The best AA "SMAA 2TX" gets me around 30-40 fps less than FSR quality, but it's totally worth it.

It renders the game at a resolution lower than your what you have set for your monitor then upscales to your native. Idea is to gain performance since the rendering is done a smaller set of pixels but not affect visual quality too much. Secondary affect is an AA.

FSR is alright, but use nVidia's DLSS option if you have ability. Some don't like the AA, but DLSS set to quality, I think looks a lot better than the shimmery look of no-AA or the built in version.
