Gamma resetting all the time bug

Anyone else have a bug where the gamma keeps resetting to a "default value" even though i have it set to 1.30
It resets mid game as well as in the main menu, sometimes ill set it to what i want and it will stay for 10 minutes, other times it resets within the next minute. it seems completely random at times. plz help had this bug for a while and is a major nuisance

Yeah I only notice it when I get killed from a perfectly black peek that is just impossible to see into. I change my gamma back to where it normally is at 1.36 and suddenly the invisible guy who killed me would have been very visible. Its hard to notice outside of those specific peeks for me but it seems to set the gamma to 1.0 or 0.9 ish somewhere in that range just every so often and everything is impossible to play. I haven't found any solution yet myself.
