stuck at 6 stars?

so i hit 6 stars once like a while back, took me 3 days to hit it since i'm not super good at the game had to play like a super rat. Took a 2 month break from the game just got on after updating it, how am i a 6 star? i was super close to hitting 4 stars again last i remember so wtf lol did crytek break the mmr system?

They changed how mmr is calculated. I got put into 6* too. Beyond that I can't help you, because I don't know how it's calculated now either. I was a 4* before the adjustment, because I play solo a lot and you know how it goes.

if it's k/d related then makes sense since mine is 1.69, but even then i'm mmr 4 at best, on a good day low mmr 5. i'm no 6, i played a game when i hit it the first time but it wasn't for me. So that sucks tbh, i know de-ranking is a huge issue here but still sucks for us average players.

I wonder what happened to that MMR deterioration you're supposed to get while not playing. I haven't played Hunt in ~year (waiting for the big update to hop back) and seeing the various threads about MMR, I just logged in to check mine ... I don't remember being 5*, but it's what it says. I guess that feature is gone from game...

P.S. Yes, looking forward to get demolished once I jump back on invalid MMR of 5*.

this game Fed me so hard i have a .91-.92 KD with a 800 KDR gap so im stuck as a 3 star picking on all the little kidies in 1 to low 3 star lobbies. im a noob killer and it isnt my fault.

I am stuck in 2 stars no matter what i do and i perform better than before the mmr changes. Even my kd is stuck is this supposed to happen?

kda is hard to change once you are some time in. so yeah that is normal. and mmr now is slower to change

It' so hard now make some progress in prestige because in 5 stars I only see long ammos... :/

Today, my team faced a 6 MMR team with a KDA over 4. Yeah, that was totally fair... haha!

guess what... if they dont have any other enemy they do not just get an empty lobby. if you are the most suitable enemy for them at that time of day you get matched with them.

A lot of people don't understand this point. 1.5kda+ is a pretty decent player. 2kda+ is a different level and they should not be matched together, especially if they can't drop out from 6* after dying repeatedly to people obviously better than them. There's a reason 6* only had 0.2% of players in it.

There is not enough star ranks or the ranges for ranks aren't spread properly.
