In my opinion, the criticism is more than justified by the fact that the game update was released as really buggy.
- Tab/map bug freezes game and 50/50 chance to get back without losing character. If the update was that great and Crytek was really good, then this would have been fixed by now.
- In a large part, FPSs drop in melee due to light effects or e.g. flares - this is not caused by a bad machine, but by the largeness of the light particles. This is already being used in the game due to glitching.
- Items, weapons and more disappear in the UI. This is fixed by restarting.
Crytek is completely behind the wall of silence and does not comment on anything, even though all - ALL other game companies in this situation take the so-called responsibility for informing the player base. What does Crytek do - buy YouTubers and pay them to make positive reviews of the game. They don't mention any of the bugs. At the same time, Dennis is playing a game on the stream with his friends and these bugs crash it and he doesn't comment on them in any way.
I hope they get the game fixed, but other than that I don't think Crytek's actions will ever change.
they actually commentated that ♥♥♥♥ on reddit. dave fif promised to us hotfixes and that everything is going to be fine
that was more than a week ago :)
