I been playing since 2.0 and never seen it. I mate found shadow from a meathead today, I think I already lost that hunter. Scarce traits seem to be very rare.

Previously it was more likely to find special traits.

Yes got a hunter that find one, but it seems that in this version it did not works for targeting meatheads, like in previous event (it was an easy way to farm traits points).
