Dc issues and salveskin

So, one of the people I play this game with all the time is having issues where every game they get Dced for about 20 minutes (It loves doing it after they get the bounty). But it is every game and it takes 3 to 4 times exiting out the game and reconnecting to finally be able to move or do anything. This has happened to me 1 time and the third member of our typical squad 1 time as well. We tried verifying files but that still hasn't changed anything. I play off of the same wifi as they do and I generally don't get dced except for that one time. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so has anyone found a way to fix the dc issue because at this point we have kinda agreed that the game is unplayable.

Also people burn crazy fast now to the pint that even the aggressive players I run with can't even get there in time to stop it half the time. Salveskin feels like it doesn't even do anything either and feels like a pointless trait to get since I know I am going to burn out faster than an empty mosin can reload.

Salveskin hepls a lot. I just used it to let a third party kill my attackers and then stood up to take the bounty and escape.

It slows the burn by about half.

Not from my experience but from what it sounds like you play solo. Often times I feel like there is no time for us to get to each other even if we are in the same compound and even if we have salveskin.
