Region lock please.
I would say that you identify only one cheater, or you were able to identify only one.
Big Dave said in his Reddit post yesterday, that its being fixed in Hotfix #1 as
Players can select and apply a region even when the ping limit is above maximum.
So still in the dark concerning how much it is going to be dropped.
I get
59ms US East
69ms US West
135ms EU
They realistically they only servers I would play on and EU would only be with friends, so don't think I will be affected as they not going to drop it that much.
Your nickname says a lot about your skill level - that might be an issue.
Cheating is not exclusive for any nation. If you so hard relate on evil cheaters, ping abusers, Russians and Chinese as argument - problem solely in you and this is YOU need to get better in game.
It is weird that no one caught those terrible cheater footage.
Just spec the so called cheater that kill you, register it, and send it to cryteck instead of crying. Baby
Behave you are going to put The Fair Play Task Force out of a job. Think of their families.
And stop sniffing me, that's not OK.
However, the fact that others act like there is not already ample evidence in existence is nothing short of an endless cycle of ignorance & fanboism ad nauseam game after game.
Take EfT another extract FPS; everyone who wasn't delusional or fanboi knew it was happening. In EfT's case, it was happened to be extremely prevalent due to RMT.
Then video's slowly would come out with RMT'ers being interviewed, detailing their methods, and some had entire groups engaging in this for RMT, but it wasn't just those doing it for RMT.
Then the "wiggle that killed tarkvo" came out. Although it wasn't needed, it was comical to see it getting called out.
This has likewise been done for Hunt, on multiple occasions. For instance, one of which took place approximately 5 months ago. Another player watched nearly 2,000 games in spectate and added video with #'s/spreadsheet.
Nothing was surprising in what he detailed. Certain regions had it more...no shocker there.
Again, the video *wasn't needed*, but it was funny to watch what was already known to be highlighted in the manner that it was done.
Here's just two for Hunt:
Unstoppable Cheaters: The Dark Underbelly of Hunt Showdown Revealed

Unstoppable Cheaters Part 2: Even More Bad News For Hunt Showdown
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_TNvY-EIm4
One of the more notorious is the one in which the bullet materializes in front of the players face to bypass any hit/collision. Using an autovat, a player can wipe a server quick. That's in the video, too.
These cheats are still active.
Hence, if the argument is that the OP is lying or incorrectly assessed his death due to a cheat when it wasn't, doesn't discount the points made by the multitudes of other videos pertaining to Hunt.
Reporting still isn't working as intended, the same cheats still exist in game, many of those players are still running around, and even if they are caught they can buy another copy for $5.
