If they slow down movement, and block possibility to constant jumping, then it will be just fine.
I think that movement is just way too arcade now, and change to movement would fit great with bullet drop change.
It is not fun for me, never was, and never will be.
If you jump to avoid the bullets, then something is not right.
Jumping together with poor hit registration makes this game not so great.
Movement is way too fast in my opinion, and creates stupid situations, like killing people with the knife, is easier in a close fight, than with a shotgun.
I have plenty situations like this, when me or enemy after first shot switch to a knife, because he could not hit me with the first round.
I have a feeling that the movement will be changed anyway.
They have improved a fall damage, and from what I have seen on the video, it is over with big jumps, or rather it will be very risky after update.
Also, as you probably noticed already, with the current movement people camp too.
You know why?
Because it does not matter how fast you can move, you can decide that you don't need to move at all, and speed does not matter.
Right now, people are taking advantage of arcade movement, and run inside the compounds like stupid.
It does take a joy away in my opinion, because players take the advantage of the arcade game mechanic, not a tactical thinking and movement.
