Missing DLC skin?

Hey guys! anyone know a fix to my issue? i own every single DLC in the game, but some skins are simply missing!

as prime example, i own the miku, and have the bow skin "ochita Mozu" but the katana skin is missing, when i navigate to Store > Legendary >[search] Katana, The "Utsusemi" is locked and the skin is also not avalible when pressing the arrows next to the katana to select a skin.

i tried re-installing hunt, but its still missing and locked

go to properties-> DLC ->turn off DLC...run the game then exit...again go to properties and turn on DLC's...and tadadam... all skins are available

This works, although I think my recruited DLC Hunter went missing when I deactivated, so beware if you absolutely do not want to lose a hunter that way
