Cheaters Forcing Players To Desktop

Hey just did a video covering this topic.

So I had two games where I was forced to desktop at a critical moment.

The first game when I forced the other player off and I went in for the revive on my partner. Forced to desktop and killed.

2nd game this happened my mate was forced to desktop then 10 seconds later I was forced to desktop and the players pushing me came around and blasted me up.
One of the players was clearly a cheater with 5,4 hrs game time 3.88 KDA.

Seems way too coincidental to have been an accident or some bug.

I think maybe cheaters have got a hack now to force players to desktop.

Anyone else been suspiciously forced to desktop at a critical moment?

The only way someone else's action is going to cause you to "come out of ads" or alt tab you to desktop at weird times is if they've got an actively open remote session with you, because these things require manipulation of the keyboard and/or mouse. Because Hunt's servers are dedicated and not peer to peer, they would have to waste the time to first get your IP. Assuming it's a full server, they've got 12 IPs to sift through, and the odds its you are 1 in 12. Not very good odds to count on in a firefight.

The idea that someone else's active game cheats can manipulate your system reeks of fake.

Just accept that you might be bad at the game. It's okay to not win every round, every firefight.

I should clarify also that when I say "remote session" I don't necessarily mean that the cheater is using Teamviewer, or Screenconnect, or RDC, Windows Easy Connect, or really anything else. Hackers, like we're talking actual hackers, not the usual script kiddies that buy a program that injects cheats like aimbots and wallhacks, we're talking people who actively hack computers, datacenters, not games... They aren't gonna waste their time on you. You are unimportant.

And there are no script kiddie programs out there that'd even broach on that territory.

There, logical arguments as to why you are mistaken. I didn't bother reading the whole thread but if you think they can crash you to the desktop too, that'd again lean heavily into the 1 in 12 aspect that isn't gonna help them in a fight.

And another thing, concerning the "moments apart this happens" argument, I'm disinclined to take your word for it. But let's say I do, again, they can't really take control of your system with a client sided game injector, you'd have to be using a file they'd already planted on your system... But if it's happening moments apart? Coincidences exist. Maybe you and your friend are using any number of Windows based hotkeys. For instance, did you know that Alt+PrintScrn takes a screenshot of the currently active window? Or that you can use ctrl+alt+win+shift+p to open a browser tab to Microsoft 365's web version of Powerpoint?

Did you know that pressing the shift key five times in a given time frame will enable sticky keys, which is an accessibility feature that makes using some hotkeys easier?

Now I'm not saying you alt-tabbed on your own, one after the other... But that Windows key is awfully close to where I rest my palm on WASD. Could be you fat fingered the Windows key. Could be any number of user sided PEBKACs.

I have +3000 hrs in game, never had a "forced to desktop", or "ddos" in hunt, lool.

clean your pc, have decent internet connection, and get good...

Hey. I was just in a game in us west, a random team of 3. the game was going smooth, collecting the clues and the second i got to the boss site where guys were beefing, my PC started lagging(I have a 14900k, rtx 4080 with 5600mhz ram. I had my task manager opened with the performance tab up and my hardware was running normal, but I was lagging hard(not really lag, it was more like, slidding on ice when trying to change dircetion). i dropped from the game like 10 secs after i noticed the lag, like alt f4 stuff but i use an xbox controller. so i logged back in, got connected to the same game and the same thing happened where i was slidding on ice, but this time i died and my team got killed.. this stuff only happens when i start hitting the 5/6 star range..... Is there anything that can prevent this type of stuff from happening?? and i have a good internet connection, with not packet losses or ping issues

he also think people use teleport hacks to ​beam behind him and kill him. players who stand close 5m away from him

yes. you can go look at www.downdetector.com for when it happens......its a server issue that 1000s of people report on at the same time over the course of an hour or two. so unless youre somehow going to insinuate that hackers do it to EVERYONE at once yea its easily provable with evidence
2nd yea, youre own videos have people calling you out. every single one. we have eyes. most can read. most have critical thinking

its a total counter point to your argument. its not an isolated incident. its a majority of the servers at the same time. cheats/hackers dont do that because its a waste of time. it straight proves you wrong lmao. just like watching your videos, anyone with an IQ above room temperature will look at them and be like "yeah this man wears tin foil"

Nobody has proven a server issue causes your game to go to desktop.. The game didn't crash, become disconnected nor were there any network issues.

So how is it counter to my point?

It's people just saying things.. Then other people backing up the people just saying things to give just saying things credibility..

If I had to guess then probably that the russians had put some kind of implant inside the dogs head and that they could remotely control it from their headquarters, in Russia.

The same headquarters were they have this room with a big metal lever in it that they can use to switch you to desktop.
