The fire rate is also very true for most compacts, they lack the punch of long ammo at distance and pen and the middle ground of medium ammo and the power of intense bleed dum dum (compact get's light bleed) ammo. But much like a shotgun in there range the fire rate starts to out shine pure damage per shot - 1 tapping people with bars down.
Part of the reason winnie is a headshotting machine is due to very little to no sway with the basic winnie c variant with high vel going to 600m/s on the silenced? it's 450 the fastest silenced gun, besides silenced bornhime hv at 460 (though that may be replaced by silent cent hv coming up soon)
But mostly silent winnie is a rat tool at least in my book, it's something I use to complete weeklys during events or when my goal is to swap it out for a more expensive gun from a dead hunter being a vulture rat (like doing that once a week for fun).
